In my travels along the many roads of Voiceovers, I happened to stroll into a magical place called Zolierland. There I met a lady by the name of Bettye, who, with a twinkle in her eye, generously greeted me with an offering of tea and a fresh crumpet. Being famished from my long walk, I accepted. As I sipped my tea and nibbled on my crumpet, this woman sat down and began telling me in a gentle, but direct and straightforward manner, the secrets of ........... Please turn tape over. LOL I enjoyed your page very much, Bettye. I'll have to visit you often! ~ James Eastman Writer, Director, Producer
Dear Bettye Zoller,
I want to thank you for sharing your expert advice with the state of Oklahoma! Your seminar held in that beautiful Bricktown loft, was not only inspiring, but life changing! The knowledge you have in the business of voice, is extraordinary! I must admit, I got a little emotional when it was over. I feel like I've made a life long friend and a definite mentor! I have since utilized the tools you, and your talented team of guest speakers shared with me, and my professor at school has noted a BIG improvement in my delivery of copy already! And I owe it all to you! I am currently indulging in one of your audio educational books, Commercial Speak, and am thrilled to have that piece of gold with me at all times, to continue sharpening my voice skills! I can't wait to see you again, soon! Warm Regards, - Sean Lewis Moore, OK
"Thank you for teaching the "Free From Demo Fear Webinar" Bettye. Just when I thought I "knew it all" about demos, I learned so much more! I've been a voice talent since 1997 and continuing education is a given and a must in any field of work to stay competetive. Thanks for all you do for the voice over community." - Roy Bunales, Voice Actor
Bettye, Bettye, Bettye...Thank you, thank you, thank you! The seminar put me in touch with all the areas that I need to improve upon. Your seminar content, instruction, and one-on-one critiques were right on the mark. I needed that, and I am grateful you have chosen to share your knowledge and experience.I am going to arrange for an agreeable friend at work to record the "Frontline" episode tonight. I am certain I will be inspired for "greater glory."And what an excellent team you assembled there in New Orleans. Michael, Kristin, Jeffery, Becky, and Donna were from the real world and that means a great deal to a beginner like me. Meeting real people is so much better than a web based encounter. The best to you and Bill and again Thank you, thank you, thank you... - Patrick
If you haven't Worked With or Learned something From Bettye Zoller yet, YOU NEED TO! I have only missed (unavoidably) two opportunities this year & found even the the seminars and workshops that I repeated as refreshers to be rejuvinating, valuable, inspiratiional and educational. I ALWAYS learn something new or fianlly "get it." I now also have two dynamite DEMOS.
I recently voiced 3 characters for a video game; just completed a character role in movie (voice coaching helped); I am up for an anime' series; and I am about to do the Voice Over intro for a film. Even seasoned professionals need to see things from a different angle and have their juices stired up so that we can remain vibrant and fresh. In this industry things change rather quickly sometimes and Bettye's exhaustive research in keeping up with what's new, what's in, what's out amazes me. - Marcus Weems
It was great! I got lots of really helpful information. I still have to listen to part 1 and I'm setting aside some time tomorrow to do that. This was a very nice, reasonably priced alternative to the many 'intensive' workshops out there. As someone who has been narrating books for three or four years now, I don't need a beginner workshop, but I still have many, many questions about how to move ahead and how to improve my skills. This webinar was good for that. I wonder if you can do more like this? For those of us who are not beginners, but not yet fully established: looking for ways to improve and fill in the gaps in our skills and knowledge. Keep up the great work and thank you for providing these resources! - Roxanne, roxannesvoice.com |
